Notification of your lack of satisfaction about MBO Starter Kit must be made within 14 days of the date the product was made available for use to you. All refund requests must be made via email to admin@mybusinessonline.co.nz along with your customer ID (your domain name) to help us track your account properly.
If you cancel within the 14-day period, your access to the subscription will be terminated immediately. We will provide a full refund minus a $500.00 non-refundable administration fee to cover our costs. After the initial 14-day period your 12 month subscription will be labelled “final” after which you will not be eligible for any refunds of any kind.
My Business Online reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, including the right to modify or discontinue the terms of this guarantee altogether.
